Community
The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition is dedicated to the communities in which we all live, work and learn. We wish through our community initiatives to be a good neighbour and inspire others to become involved citizens. Our community involvement extends from helping our graduates and local employers to helping the less fortunate people in third world countries. Please keep reading to learn how CSNN is enriching our communities.

We are bringing graduates and employers together

CSNN helps employers and graduates across Canada by posting job opportunities on its website job board and at the branches. This is a free service to both employers and graduates.

We are a strong supporter of the CSNN Alumni Association

CSNN supports its graduates by supporting the CSNN Alumni Association. The CSNN Alumni Association provides useful industry information to its graduates, provides a venue for graduates to advertise their products and services, and most importantly provides a directory for the public to find a holistic nutritionist in their area. RHNs who are members of the Alumni Association receive a 10% discount on CSNN continuing education workshops.

The CSNN Alumni Association also hosts an annual conference for holistic nutritionists. Once again CSNN is proud to be a platinum sponsor of the annual Canadian Holistic Nutrition Conference. The conference draws members of the industry together to network, to educate one another, to share ideas, and to showcase products. We are building a Well in Africa with the Ryan’s Well Foundation

The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition is proud to announce its support to the Ryan’s Well Foundation. The Ryan’s Well Foundation began ten years ago with a six year old boy, Ryan, who, after learning in grade one that children around the world do not have access to the basic necessity of clean water, decided to do something about it. Since then, Ryan has dedicated himself to promoting awareness on the issue and raising funds to build wells in third world countries. To date The Ryan’s Well Foundation has built 484 wells in 16 countries. That’s 611,512 people who now have access to clean drinking water and sanitation facilities. CSNN’s goal is to provide one African community with a fully operational well. Our branches are currently undertaking fundraising activities to raise funds for the well, which will be fully matched by CSNN head office. If you wish to support your branch, please click here to contact them. (link to locations and contact info.)
