AHN Program: General Information
The holistic nutrition field is both multifaceted and constantly changing. Your success in this field will depend on your ability to stay competitive and pursue all available opportunities. CSNN’s Advanced Holistic Nutrition (AHN) workshops provide a rounded in-depth knowledge on subjects that will help you practice holistic nutrition, as well as the tools you need to work effectively alongside other practitioners in the health care industry. In response to the time and financial constraints faced by today’s busy practitioners, along with the constant requirement to upgrade their knowledge and stay competitive in the field, CSNN has created flexible and convenient educational options that allow you to study according to your time and budget so you can focus, upgrade, and get certified - your way. As a CSNN Natural Nutrition Graduate, or eligible Health Care Practitioner, you may choose to Specialize and be Certified with our New AHN Certificate Packages, or focus and upgrade with Individual AHN Workshops/Courses. Both options enable you to earn credits* toward the Advanced Holistic Nutrition diploma. Please note: Holistic Nutrition Professionals and Students, and other Health Care Practitioners are welcome to take AHN workshops with Continuing Education Units (CEUs) attached to them. Graduates of CSNN's Natural Nutrition Program automatically qualify for any and/or all AHN workshops, including both Advanced Nutrition Certificate Packages. For more information regarding entry into the AHN Program, Certificate Packages, or individual AHN workshops, please visit our Registration and Admission page. AHN workshops are available via classroom and distance education studies, or a combination of both formats. For AHN scheduling information, please visit our Scheduling page. For more information about AHN Certificate Packages and Individual Workshops, please click on the desired pages in the left-hand sidebar, or contact one of our locations across Canada. *Credits will be earned upon achieving a minimum grade of 80%. Only two attempts at the final test/assignment will be granted. **The Advanced Holistic Nutrition Program is not currently offered in British Columbia. |
