You are ready to register. Now what?

Firstly, review the International Student requirements for Canada (Study in Canada as an international student – Canada.ca). Visas can take many months to process. Please start your application process early.

Review and complete all registration documents and submit by mail, by email in PDF format, or in person. All required documents must be submitted before your application will be processed. CSNN V.I. refund policy can be found in the Student Contract.

Registration applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Emailed applications can take up to one business day to be reviewed.

Make an appointment to meet with Audrey, our Branch Manager, for a one-on-one informational interview which can take place in-person or virtually. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the program, the profession, and have your questions answered. Visit our FAQ page for more information.

When your application is successful, payment of the non-refundable deposit will be requested. In 3-5 business days, you will receive your acceptance package via email which includes the documents you require to complete your Student Visa application. Completing this process then holds a seat in the intake you are requesting.

If your application does not meet the Admission Requirements, we will notify you.

If you have any questions about the registration process, please make an appointment to visit the CSNN V.I. Victoria office, phone 250-668-8663, or email victoria@csnn.ca.

The cost of the English proficiency assessment (if required) is $250 plus applicable taxes.

NOTE: Student Visas

Please do your research before you apply. International students who would like to apply for  study visa to study/live in Canada must enroll in our in-classroom program.

It is the student’s responsibility to speak to CIC and research the possibility of a post graduation work permit. CSNN Vancouver Island cannot guarantee that international students will be granted with a work permit upon completion of the Natural Nutrition Diploma Program.
