Biography

Dr. Jennifer MacDonald ND completed her Bachelor of Science double major degree in Biology and Microbiology & Immunology from Dalhousie University. She obtained her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, Ontario. While a student at CCNM she joined Naturopaths without Borders and travelled to Guatemala to treat patients in need. During her internship she treated low income patients at Parkdale Community Health Centre. She was also one of twelve students selected to establish a teaching clinic within the Brampton Civic Hospital which is the first naturopathic clinic within a hospital in North America.

Dr. MacDonald ND uses her strong science background and love of teaching when treating her patients. She is currently practicing in Toronto, Vaughan, Markham, and at the Scarborough/Pickering border. Her clinical focus is in women’s health, fertility, autoimmune conditions, pediatrics and gastrointestinal medicine.
