Biography

As a member of Knives and Forks – Advocates of Organic Agriculture, Lorene has been working with farmers and promoting organic agriculture for twelve years. As a Cordon Bleu graduate, she has worked in the food industry for 17+ years as a chef and a product developer for many corporations. She is currently working as a holistic nutrition professional, teacher, and product developer. She teaches at the Greater Toronto Area branches of CSNN.
