Nancy is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist TM professional (CSNN) and a graduate in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College, Oakville Ontario. She is a certified Personal Trainer (NSCA, BCRPA) and a Trainer of Fitness Leaders (BCRPA TFL). She has over 25 years’ experience in the rehab/fitness/nutrition fields working with university athletes, corporate health, SportMedBC, and in private practice.
She is the founder of Daily Habit, where combining her athletic therapy, nutrition and programming knowledge she offers personal training and nutrition for optimal health and sports performance. Nancy is passionate about teaching and has developed and instructed numerous personal training courses, nutrition-based workshops, CPR/sports first aid, as well she has presented internationally at health and wellness conferences. Nancy believes an active lifestyle, with a fit and well-nourished body & mind, should be a ‘daily habit’ not an obsession nor a chore. She is an avid mountain biker and competitive distance runner and can also be found in the forest hiking or snowshoeing.
Nancy teaches Symptomatology ll, Hormone Health, Lifecycle Nutrition: Sports and Lifecycle Nutrition: Perspectives on Aging, as well as a variety of co requisites.
