Olivia Ward, (aka Liv), is the holistic wellness practitioner, blogger, food creator and intuitive behind LivNourished, a holistic wellness business that teaches how to become your own best health advocate by going beyond food and tapping into your intuition. LivNourished focuses on uniting body, mind and soul through nourishing food, intuitive connection and embracing simplicity. Olivia has been working with clients one-on-one, hosting cooking workshops and online resources through LivNourished since 2014 when she graduated from CSNN Edmonton. Olivia has furthered her education in iridology, flower essences, muscle testing and reiki to integrate more modalities into her practice.
Olivia graduated from the University of Alberta in 2016 with her Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science. She spent 5 years working in the food industry as a food product development technologist, combining her skills in food science and knowledge of holistic nutrition to make innovative food products for many national and international companies. Her love for creating food has led her to become an expert at developing dairy free and gluten free recipes, which she shares on her blog, www.livnourished.com.
