Ever wonder what it would be like to be a nutrition student for the day? Now’s your chance! CSNN Vancouver is hosting an open house on Thursday, May 16th 2019.
During this 3.5 hour session, you will take part in an interactive workshop on the digestive system, practice your cooking skills in our beautiful demonstration kitchen with a hands-on cooking class, and get your hands dirty in a container gardening workshop!
In celebration of May being Holistic Nutrition Month, we will be collecting packaged, non-perishable foods at the Open House to donate to the food bank. For every good quality, non-GMO item (including grains, legumes, spices, nut/seed butters, etc.) you donate at the CSNN Vancouver branch, you will receive an entry to win the fall Holistic Culinary Certificate, valued at $945.00 or a gift basket full of local items! Have questions for us about our diploma program? We’ll be happy to answer those for you during the evening as well.
*This is not a ‘drop-in’ event, however, late comers are welcome. Please try to arrive between 5-5:30pm, as the event will start at 5:30pm sharp. This event is free and has limited seating. If you register and then find out you are unable to make it, please cancel your registration to open up a seat for someone else.
