Ever wonder what it would be like to be a nutrition student for the day? Now’s your chance! CSNN Vancouver is hosting an open house on Monday, July 16th, 2018.
During this 2.5 hour session, you will take part in an interactive workshop on the digestive system. Learn all about the digestive organs, macronutrients and digestive enzymes, and leave with some great tips for strong digestion.
You will also get busy in our beautiful demonstration kitchen with a hands-on cooking class on Healthy Harvest Preservation! In this class you will learn how to make probiotic fermented zucchini relish, making a jar to take home. We also demonstrate and taste no-sugar fruit and veggie leather that you can dehydrate in your oven. Receive tips on food storage for preserving nutrients.
