You can sign up for the classes that interest you or take all 10 (30 hours total) to get your Holistic Culinary Certificate. \nWorkshop: Plant-Based Eating \nDate: Thursday\, November 21\, 2024 \nTime: 6:00 – 9:00pm AST \nDelivery Format: Live Online (Zoom) – Cook from home! \nRecipes and shopping list will be provided in advance. \nThis session provides some tips and tricks on how to prepare plant-based foods. Whether it’s by choice or due to food allergies\, many are finding themselves eating vegan\, vegetarian\, and/or dairy free. This class will delve into the preparation of plant-based protein\, plant milks\, and alternatives to some dairy favourites including “cheese” sauce and chocolate pudding. \nEmail moncton@csnn.ca to register. \n  \n
