DESCRIPTION:CSNN Toronto will be offering the AN109 Laboratory Diagnosis & Tests workshop starting May 22\, 2024.  \nThis is an Advanced Holistic Nutrition workshop for CSNN grads and other healthcare practitioners looking to upgrade their knowledge and earn association upgrade hours.  \n \n\n\n\nThis course provides a comprehensive reference to the latest information about clinically relevant laboratory and diagnostic procedures. It explains laboratory and diagnostic tests with relevant information\, test descriptions\, illustrations\, and examples that are useful for a holistic nutrition practitioner. It is a useful tool to prevent diseases\, to guide recommendations\, and to improve quality of care. \n\nUnderstand and interpret various laboratory tests\nNatural medicine testing: description\, indications\, non-invasive testing\nBlood/urine tests; endocrine/hormonal testing\nMiscellaneous tests and electro-diagnostic studies\n\n*Bring in a copy of various lab test results if available to be used for practical discussion when applicable. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nCourse Dates: \n\nWednesday\, May 22 – 6:00-9:30pm\nWednesday\, May 29 – 6:00-9:30pm\nWednesday\, June 5 – 6:00-9:30pm\nSaturday\, June 8 – 9:30am-3:00pm\n\nCourse Fees: \nTuition fee with Materials: $270 + HST +$25 = $330.10 \nIf you register before May 13\,  we will waive the registration fee ($50 + HST) and the material cost ($25). Corina attended the University of Toronto where she attained her Honours BSc. specializing in Human Health and Diseases. \nHaving a general family practice allows Corina to further her insights in a wide spectrum of health issues affecting all ages. Her clinical practice has a special focus on digestive disorders\, hormonal imbalances\, and autoimmune illnesses. Corina’s goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and tools to effectively care for their health concerns as well as to increase longevity and decrease the onset and progression of chronic diseases through quality foods and lifestyle. \nOutside of her clinical practice\, Corina is a passionate teacher and lecturer. She has delivered numerous information-packed workshops and lectures pertaining to naturopathic medicine\, diet and nutrition\, stress management\, and detoxification to the general public and various corporations.
