DESCRIPTION:CSNN Mississauga is offering these Live Online workshops starting Saturday\, May 23\, 2026. \nJoin us on Zoom on Saturdays from 9:30am – 12:30pm EST. \n\n\n\nDownload Registration Form\n\n\n\n  \nAn online classroom series that educates you in a wide variety of nutrition basics. This course is meant to guide you through a variety of topics to understand how to eat well for yourself and your family. Classes run for a total of 20 hours\, in 3 hour sessions over 7 weeks. \n\nInstructor: Peg McPhedran is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) that graduated from CSNN Mississauga. Peg has a private practice in Holistic Nutrition and is a yoga instructor completing a number of certifications through Phoenix Rising School of Yoga Therapy.
