  • Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
  • Monday/Thursday 5:30-8:30 p.m.

Bring a healthy, non-perishable food item to attend free events taking place at CSNN Ottawa in May:

  • Join us on Friday May 3rd (10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.) for a free cooking for sports and performance class.  Food for everyone to sample.
  • Join us on Saturday, May 25th (9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.) for a free workshop on Sports Nutrition Supplementation.

The Ottawa Chamber of Commerce and the Ottawa Business Journal are pleased to announce the 2017 Forty Under 40 recipients, one of Ottawa’s most prestigious business awards recognizing accomplished and rising business leaders under the age of 40. “Weights and aerobics combo is key to helping obese kids lose weight; Ottawa study”

An Ottawa-based study says the key to helping obese kids lose weight is through a combination of weight training, aerobics and healthy eating.

The study published [September 22, 2014] in the Journal of the American Medication Association Pediatrics could set the benchmark in managing a growing crisis among our youth. CTV Ottawa spoke with one of the participants of the study [a CSNN Ottawa student] about her incredible achievements.
