Topics: Food combining principles, Reading food labels, BMI what is it and why it isn’t always correct, Metabolic requirements (fat loss, muscle gain, etc.)

 

Class 3: Fundamentals of Nutrition Class #2 (Part 1): October 23 from 6pm – 8pm (MST)

Topics: The flouride debate, Simple carbs vs complex carbs, Water purpose, Dehydration principles

 

Class 4: Fundamentals of Nutrition Class #2 (Part 2): October 30 from 6pm – 8pm (MST)

Topics: Fibre, Fatty acids from carbohydrates, Glucose in the body, Glycemic index, Sugar alcohols, Artificial sweeteners
