Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions will apply to any courses taken with CSNN Edmonton.

CSNN Edmonton is licensed by Alberta Advanced Education through the Private Vocational Training Act.  Each class taken has different requirements, as outlined by our licensing.

Please note that Zoom video is mandatory for all LIVE classes taken at CSNN.

Subject to a $25 non refundable registration fee.

This certificate will not lead to a career as a health coach nor does it certify the named applicant to counsel in the area of healthy eating & lifestyle.

WITHDRAW & REFUND:

FULL Course price: If registration is terminated by the applicant with more than 10 days before the course start date, the applicant will be refunded full tuition costs, less a $25 admin fee.
DISCOUNTED Course Cost: The course price is non-refundable; however the cost of tuition will be held on file and can be transferred to another program of your choosing if available.
If CSNN-Edmonton cancels a course for any reason, all paid fees will be refunded to the applicant.

ABSENCE: If you are unable to attend a class on short notice due to COVID, illness, etc, (less than 48 hours notice), then your fees will be held and it can be applied to a future class of equivalent value. Fees will not be refunded once classes have started.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND DISCLOSURE: Absolutely no part of the contents in the copyrighted publications, workshop material or notes may be photocopied or adapted for teaching purposes or shared with anyone not taking the CSNN workshop. BREACH OF THESE RESTRICTIONS MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.

Subject to a $50 non refundable registration fee in addition to the individual course fee at time of refund.  Course fees will be assessed once a student has opened up the recording on Moodle Student Portal.  A refunds is only issued within 48 hours after the first class/video has been reviewed.  Refunds will only be processed if the course has not been viewed.

Students have 1 year to complete this Holistic Nutrition Certificate. 

This certificate will not lead to a career as a health coach nor does it certify the named applicant to counsel in the area of healthy eating & lifestyle.

Subject to a $125 non refundable registration fee.  Textbooks are non refundable.  This class can be taken if you are under 18 years of age, however, it cannot be applied to your diploma.

For students over 18 years of age, you can apply this class to your Natural Nutrition Diploma Program.

This certificate will not lead to a career as a health coach nor does it certify the named applicant to counsel in the area of healthy eating & lifestyle.

Subject to restrictions as outlined by Alberta Advanced Education. Forms will be provided with the registration process.

ADMISSION: (1) A student must be 18 years of age or older; (2) Hold a minimum provincial high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.) with 50% or better in grade 12 English, verified by official transcript (must accompany the registration forms); (3) A successful completion of interview by school. 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND DISCLOSURE: Absolutely no part of the contents in the copyrighted publications, course material or teachers notes, may be photocopied or adapted for teaching purposes or shared with anyone not taking the CSNN program. BREACH OF THESE RESTRICTIONS WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.

This Program is separated into two years, purchased year by year.
Both years must be completed in full along with the required Natural Nutrition Diploma Program core-requisites. Applicants must complete both years in full to qualify for the Natural Nutrition Diploma.  

WITHDRAW & REFUND:
Completed courses are non-refundable. Courses started but not completed are non-refundable. 
Unattended courses will receive a 50% refund, or can be retained on file for future attendance with CSNN Edmonton branch (not transferrable to other branches). 

Subject to a $250 non refundable registration fee upon cancellation of enrollment within 10 days of course start date. 

If CSNN-Edmonton cancels a course for any reason, all paid fees will be refunded to the applicant.

Full attendance guidelines noted in the Student Handbook.

Students agree to the following upon Registration to this program: 

• Have read the student handbook
• Have had a one-on-one meeting with the branch manager
• Agree to the student plan laid out to you during registration
• Understand that you will need to purchase the needed textbooks to complete the purchased courses.
• Must be present with full video on Zoom, and follow the attendance specifications laid out via the student handbook.
