Fundamentals of Nutrition - CSNN Moncton

General Interest Workshop

Not sure if you want to, or can commit to the full program?  Try our General Interest Workshop, which is the first course in CSNN’s Natural Nutrition Program called the ‘Fundamentals of Nutrition’.

Learn virtually from home, with your instructor lecturing live, regular scheduled class, discussions/interactions, and testing.

Classes start September 4, 2024

‘Fundamentals of Nutrition’ offers a comprehensive overview of the field of nutrition, which leads to a study and understanding of the link between nutrition and preventive medicine. The course explains the role of macronutrients, vitamins and minerals, and the importance of water in the diet. It describes how certain dietary habits can undermine our health and offers suggestions for replacing these habits. It looks at the effect of pollution on our health and the health of our planet.

Taught by one of our veteran instructors, ‘Fundamentals of Nutrition’ will give you a ‘feel’ for our program, school, and classroom environment. Those interested in continuing the Natural Nutrition Diploma Program (pending seat availability) after completing the ‘Fundamentals of Nutrition’ course are eligible for Advanced Standing.

Schedule:

Live Virtual instruction (via Zoom) will be once a week, 6-9pm AST. Learn from the comfort of your own home! There are 7 classes total.
