Classes run Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am-1pm MST (with some exceptions)
This program has 302 hours, 50 practical hours with no additional fee

Practical classes run Tuesday & Thursday from 1:30pm – 4:30pm (with some exceptions)
STARTS SEPT 2024
This program runs for 22 months (with ample time off).
Evening studies and some daytime afternoons required.
This program requires 302 theory hours, 50 practical hours (included in the program).
A online classroom series that educates you on a comprehensive overview of nutrition, which helps you understand how to eat well for yourself and your family.
This class is normally all done on Zoom, unless otherwise indicated.

CSNN Edmonton is happy to offer 10 separate culinary workshops that can be taken separately for important nutritional information, or, if all 30 hours of classes are attended, will result in a Culinary Certificate from CSNN.

This certificate is the same as the first weeks of the Natural Nutrition Diploma program and is an excellent way to find out if this program is for you! 36 hours total. The Introduction Certificate transitions into the full Diploma Program should the student wish to do so.
