It covers natural nutrition relevant to each stage of life, the science and research behind it, as well as the fundamentals of business. An integral part of the studies is the connection between body, mind, and spirit; this program aims to enlighten in a broad way about the effects of life experiences and circumstances on health.

In addition to the courses, students must also complete 10 real-life case studies using comprehensive intake forms to examine all internal and external factors affecting a person's nutritional health and wellbeing. Learn more about how to complete case study here.
Admission Requirements:
Though many CSNN students have degrees and diplomas from other post-secondary institutions, the minimum entrance requirement is a Secondary School Diploma or equivalent. Applicants 18 years of age or older who do not have a Secondary School diploma or equivalent may be admitted as mature students, but will need to contact the branch they are interested in, as some provincial ministries require a qualifying test be written for those without a Secondary School diploma or equivalent.
The price we give you is what you pay for everything you need to complete the program, including books. The only other fee is a small amount for the final exam (currently $204.25), payable when all course requirements are complete. No additional or hidden fees.
At CSNN Distance Education, we will never try to mislead or deceive you by quoting tuition only and then charging hundreds of dollars in additional fees and requiring you to spend hundreds more on textbooks you must source yourself.

Students have a maximum of three years to complete the Natural Nutrition program, but it may be completed in a little over a year if enough time is devoted to studying (please note that in order to complete sooner, payments must be made sooner). An additional two months are allowed in which to prepare for and complete the final exam. If the program is not completed within three years, it is possible to arrange an extension (fee applies). Upgrading may be required before writing the final exam.
The 20hour/week commitment is designed to complete within 2-years whilst the 40-hour commitment is designed to complete within 1 year.

All 10 workshops in the Holistic Culinary Certificate are included as a bonus for all Natural Nutrition Students studying at CSNN Distance Education.
The Holistic Culinary Certificate is designed to enrich kitchen skills and confidence. Students are introduced to an array of whole foods, diverse methods of food preparation, and how certain techniques can enhance the restorative qualities of foods.
With 30 hours of experiential learning available, students sharpen their practical abilities while deepening their knowledge of whole foods and holistic health.
Students who complete all 30 hours of training will receive CSNN's Holistic Culinary Certificate. Classes are taught by Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ professionals and professionally trained chefs. They are designed to integrate the benefits of food into the kitchen, provide recipes, and give students increased confidence and skill in the areas of meal planning, food shopping, and food preparation.
CSNN is the only nutrition school in Canada with a designated Alumni Association.
The CSNN Alumni Association (CSNNAA) is an incorporated, not-for-profit organization that is the starting point for CSNN graduates. Through community, information and partnership, the Alumni Association endeavors to support, encourage and guide all CSNN graduates to achieve success in their chosen path within the industry.
The governing body of the CSNNAA – the Board of Directors – is comprised of passionate CSNN graduates with diverse backgrounds and experience. The Board is responsible for managing the affairs of the CSNNAA according to by-laws and a Code of Ethics approved through voting by the membership. The Alumni Association also holds the Registry for CSNN’s professional designations.
