Biography

Since graduating from CSNN over three years ago, I’ve had the privilege of working in various areas of the holistic nutrition field. My journey has allowed me to collaborate with clients one-on-one, guiding them to achieve their wellness goals through personalized nutrition advice. I’ve also contributed to corporate wellness programs, helping organizations promote healthier work environments, and have worked with health apps to help users make informed nutritional decisions. Additionally, I’ve taught nutrition courses to teens and preteens, which has been incredibly rewarding, as I can influence the next generation’s relationship with food and well-being.

One of my favorite aspects of my work is creating meal plans tailored to individual needs, helping people build sustainable eating habits. I’ve also had the opportunity to write personal blogs, sharing my insights and recipes, and even contributed to a unique blog featuring recipes based on astrology signs — a fun and creative way to engage with readers. I’m passionate about continuing to explore diverse ways to empower people to take control of their health, whether through education, personalized nutrition, or creative projects.

Why CSNN?

I chose CSNN because I’ve always been passionate about health and wellness, and I wanted to deepen my understanding of nutrition to not only improve my own lifestyle but also to help others take control of their health. After struggling with inconsistent nutrition and fitness routines, I realized the importance of having a solid foundation in nutrition to truly support long-term wellness. CSNN stood out to me because of its holistic approach, blending practical, science-based knowledge with a focus on personal empowerment. The program’s flexibility allowed me to learn at my own pace, while the curriculum provided in-depth insights into how food and lifestyle choices impact our overall health. Completing the program has been transformative for me, equipping me with the knowledge and confidence to help others build sustainable, balanced habits.

I’m excited about the endless career possibilities this journey has opened up — from becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and working with clients one on one, to exploring opportunities in wellness consulting and education. I feel inspired and prepared to make a positive impact in the world of health and wellness, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have studied at CSNN.
