I confirm that I have not applied for student loans or other educational funding (including grants).
I understand that this scholarship would cover the initial tuition, book costs, and registration fees. I understand that additional fees (for example: board exam fee, alumni fee) would not be covered by the scholarship.
I acknowledge that if I do not meet entrance requirements for CSNN, I would not be eligible for this scholarship.
I acknowledge that my academic progress will be monitored as a condition of this scholarship. For Live Online format, this includes consistent attendance and timely completion of coursework. For Distance Education, this includes regular engagement, progress that reflects comprehension of the material, and general alignment with the suggested study timeline, with communication to an academic advisor if circumstances affect my progress. I understand that continued eligibility for the scholarship is based on my demonstrated commitment and progress.
I understand that if I withdraw from the program or pause my studies for more than a year, I would have to forfeit the scholarship.
I acknowledge that the scholarship money goes directly to the branch for the winner's education.
I agree to notify CSNN immediately if my educational status changes.
I understand that I would have to follow all CSNN policies and procedures.
