Biography

Since graduating from CSNN, I have dedicated my career to supporting women in midlife with evidence-based, holistic nutrition strategies. My personal experiences with weight challenges, gestational diabetes, and a family history of insulin resistance inspired me to pursue this path, and I have seen firsthand the transformative impact that nutrition, movement, and mindset can have on health and well-being.

Through my practice, I work one-on-one with women to develop personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans that address hormone balance, metabolic health, and sustainable weight management. I have also created a range of resources, including the Metabolism Reset online course, the 7-Day Slim Down plan, and the Meals & Momentum Club, a monthly membership that provides ongoing meal plans, motivation, and lifestyle strategies to support long-term health goals. To date, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of women improve their health and confidence through these programs.

In addition to coaching, writing and recipe development are central to my work. My insights on midlife health and holistic living have been published in Coccolily Magazine, where I shared my belief that midlife is not a crisis but a “quiet bloom” — a time for renewal, growth, and strength.

Why CSNN?

I was curious about nutrition from a young age, but I struggled with cravings and blood sugar issues that felt out of my control. After giving birth to my two daughters, I knew I wanted to create a generational change and break the cycle of weight struggles, diabetes, and heart disease in my family. CSNN gave me the knowledge and tools to transform my own health, reverse signs of insulin resistance, and set a healthier path for the next generation.
