Andrea Potter is a Chef and Holistic Nutritionist. She supports health-motivated cooks to make informed choices that start with vibrant, delicious, practical recipes and culinary techniques. Through her business, Rooted Nutrition, she offers cooking classes and nutrition talks. Andrea is also an instructor at CSNN Vancouver, teaching the Holistic Culinary Cooking Classes, as well as Herbs Corequesite.
Andrea has a particular interest in the gut microbiome and fermented foods and in 2018, her first book, DIY Kombucha: Sparkling Homebrews Made Easy was published.
