Danielle is a Montreal-based Registered Holistic Nutritional Practitioner, a graduate of CSNN (2009), and Bauman College (2008). She guides people through the process of adopting an optimal nourishing way of eating, which is focused on whole foods.
Danielle specializes in digestive issues, like IBS and IBD, as well as plant-based nutrition. Her holistic approach considers the whole person – mind, body, and spirit – helping people cultivate an optimally nutritious diet and balanced lifestyle. Through her educational holistic programs, one-on-one sessions, and group/individual cooking classes, she helps her clients transition towards a mindful way of eating, which nurtures a positive relationship with themselves, their bodies, and food itself.
After working at the Endeavour College of Natural Health’s clinic in Melbourne Australia, Danielle gained the experience of learning how a large-scale health practice was run, which inspired her to set up her own nutrition business. Danielle’s integrative and comprehensive approach to nutrition focuses on a whole-foods diet and a balanced lifestyle.
As a nutrition educator, Danielle is passionate about empowering others to achieve optimal health and wellbeing. She offers consultations and works with clients all over the world through her website via Skype.
