Debora Palmieri is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ professional and also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food and Nutrition from Ryerson University. Debora graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2004 and has been inspiring individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness through a whole foods diet ever since.
With two girls of her own, she especially has a passion for children’s nutrition. She works with schools doing fun and interactive workshops with children and parents, teaching about healthy foods. She also holds children’s cooking classes in her home.
As well as seeing clients one-on-one, Debora also offers a number of online nutrition programs and challenges to motivate and inspire others to improve their diets, and in turn the way they look and feel. In addition, Debora is a seasoned Instructor at CSNN, where she teaches a variety of courses to future Holistic Nutrition practitioners.
In 2017, Debora and her sister, Angela, combined their love of plant-based food and holistic living to establish ‘The Plantiful Sisters’. Together, they create healthy, delicious and easy-to-prepare meals. They also hold plant-based cooking classes for adults.
After graduating from the Food & Nutrition Program at Ryerson, I realized becoming a dietitian wasn’t all that I had hoped for. Thankfully, that summer I discovered the field of Holistic Nutrition, and it was exactly what I wanted. After reviewing a couple Holistic Nutrition programs, I decided CSNN was the school for me. I signed up instantly and a year later graduated as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ professional. So happy with my decision!
