Biography

Kelly Beaton is the founder of eatwellbwell, where she specializes in nutrition support for
menopausal transition and building brain resilience to reduce dementia risk and enhance
health span. Her mission is deeply personal, as she navigated her own menopausal transition and
autoimmune challenges, and supported her mom through dementia. These experiences showed
how powerfully nutrition can transform lives.

Professionally, as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ with advanced studies in cognitive support from
CSNN, Kelly is also a Board Certified Member of the Canadian Association of Holistic
Nutrition Professionals and a Certified Integrative Medicine Provider in Diabetes Type 2,
Cognitive Decline and Alzheimer’s Disease. Passionate about healthy aging, Kelly is a member
of the Canadian Consortium on Neurodegeneration in Aging’s Advisory Group – Engagement of
People with Lived Experience of Dementia and works with Canadian and international
researchers on projects related to dementia risk prevention.

Kelly is originally from Montreal, and now lives in Ottawa and loves spending time outdoors—
especially in winter!

Why CSNN?

“My journey to the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition started with my own health struggles, but it really deepened while I was caring for my mom through her dementia journey. That experience opened my eyes to the power of holistic nutrition, and CSNN was exactly what I needed. Taking the online program during COVID was truly exceptional and life-changing. The curriculum and instructors didn’t just give me knowledge, they gave me the confidence to completely transform my career.”
