Keyrsten is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, who graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) in 2009. She has over a decade of clinical experience, including creating the nutrition department at one of Vancouver’s first integrated medical clinics, and now in her own private practice. She’s developed a breadth of traditional and innovative skills in a professional and ground-breaking setting, and has worked with hundreds of clients over the years. Her philosophy around nutrition involves creating simple nutrition changes, health-supportive habits, and nourishing daily rituals that take the stress out of healthy living.
As a popular senior instructor at the Vancouver Island and Distance Education branch of CSNN she now teaches several courses, including Nutritional Symptomatology & Hormone Health and has helped to develop program curriculum.
A former dancer and avid runner, Keyrsten prides herself on her healthy relationship with good food – and excellent wine – and on her involvement in local communities across the lower mainland, where she often facilitates both public and corporate workshops on various nutrition and wellness focused topics.
After dealing with a cancer scare in my early 20s, I started to get curious about what I could be doing to make sure I was living my best, healthiest life. My research eventually brought me to CSNN’s website, and after looking at the course list and all the amazing topics that are covered in the program, I was immediately sold and signed up the next week. The program was honestly the best investment I’ve ever made. I consider the knowledge I learned to be the most precious gift and I am so honored that I now get to share it with others.
