Kim is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ professional and personal training specialist. She is the owner of Holistic Heart. She graduated from Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2011 and became a Canfitpro certified personal trainer in 2010.
She believes that we can live happier, healthier and better lives just from changing what we eat and the way we think about food. Eating is about making wholesome nutritional choices, being aware of how food is connected to our wellbeing and incorporating healthy eating habits into our everyday lives. This is more than just understanding proper nutrition, but a holistic philosophy which looks at the body as a whole. She believes that each individual is biochemically unique and therefore requires their own individual nutritional plan to suit their body and lifestyle.
