For most of my life, I struggled with weight issues. As a teenager, I was constantly on strict diets, weight loss programs, or extreme exercise programs, only to find my weight increasing over time. At 25, I learned about natural nutrition and it made more sense to me than any other nutritional approach I had read or learned about. I immediately replaced processed foods with natural foods and focused on the quality of food. In less than a year, I lost 50 pounds – with no dieting, struggle, or hunger. I was nourishing my body and feeling better than ever before! I wanted to share my newfound knowledge with the world. When CSNN opened a year later, I registered immediately and never looked back. The Program stimulated both my mind and my spirit, and I couldn’t wait to get to each and every class. Twenty years later, I’ve had a most fulfilling career sharing the knowledge I learned from CSNN – and have maintained the weight loss!
