Biography

I was born in Smithers, BC and raised in Houston. I originally went to University for Forestry and continued studies in Biology, Health Sciences, and Leadership at Trinity Western University. I started a family and moved to the lower mainland where I resided for the past 18 years. I have developed the love and study of holistic nutrition and alternative health modalities and am extremely passionate about partnering with clients to support them on their personalized health journey.

My personal health journey has driven me to study and find out the root cause of symptoms in the body. I believe in a balanced and integrative approach. I incorporate the use of diet, exercise, spirituality/meditation, whole organic, locally source foods, supplements, and a holistic lifestyle approach to gain optimal health.

I have experience and education as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Doula, Biotherapeutic Drainage Practitioner, Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Rubimed Therapist, and in the field of Paramedicine. I have had many opportunities and experiences teaching on all topics regarding health.

Some topics include but are not limited to:

  • Women’s Health
  • Pediatric Health
  • Men’s Health
  • Pre-natal & Post-natal Care
  • Trauma
  • The Evolution of Disease and Root Causes

I am currently studying at Quantum University in the field of Natural Medicine.

Why CSNN?

I was in desperation to find out all I could with regards to skin health and digestive health as my six year old son, at the time, had severe eczema. After several years of doctors appointments and cortisone creams I wanted an alternative solution. I was drawn to CSNN because of the in-depth training (science and research, fundamentals of business, connection of mind, body, and spirit), and course flexibility while trying to balance work life, parenting, and student life.
