I am a Toronto-based Registered Holistic Nutritionist and keynote speaker who enthusiastically guides her audiences in the art of eating well for better health and energy—in the workplace, and any place!

I hold an honours business management degree from Ryerson University and certificate of merit diploma from CSNN, along with six years in the corporate arena (as a senior market research manager for some of the world’s leading food manufacturers and quick-serve restaurants). My education and experience merge to inform my current professional passion and focus as a conference keynote speaker and workshop facilitator.

An avid cook, baker, recipe collector, and nutrition researcher, I combine my love of service to others with my delight for all things gastronomic and nutrition-related—and I dish up this perfectly blended “combo recipe” in each of my presentations.

My keynote presentations and workshops strike a perfect blend between information, education, audience participation, and fun! All my presentations are built on the classic, age-old philosophy of “sound mind, sound body.”

I came upon this path of becoming a holistic nutritionist in a bit of a roundabout way. I loved food and cooking from an early age, but ended up going to university and entering the corporate world instead of pursuing my culinary dreams.
Over the ensuing years, I developed a host of digestive issues, a blood sugar imbalance, and battled persistent food cravings. Like many people, I was confused by all of the nutrition information out there, didn’t want to be on a diet plan (which spells “restriction” to me), and didn’t realize the extent to which our diet and lifestyle impacts our health (thanks to CSNN, I learned that our health is entirely dependent upon the diet and lifestyle choices we each make).

I eventually took a leap of faith by leaving the corporate world and enrolled in the Natural Nutrition Program at CSNN. For me, holistic nutrition is a perfect marriage between my love for helping others and for all things culinary. As I began to make changes in my own diet and lifestyle based on what I learned, which included improving my digestion, I noticed I was able to eliminate my lingering health issues, significantly reduce feelings of stress, increase my energy levels and overall just feel amazing. My goal is to share my knowledge and experiences with others so they can experience these benefits too!
