In her practice she utilizes the latest tools to assess the body’s responses to ongoing environmental, dietary and emotional influences. Their emphasis is on correcting nutritional deficiencies and imbalances, through dietary and lifestyle changes, and acupuncture to restore balance to the body.
Rita is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and was granted the R.H.N. designation upon completion of the Natural Nutrition Program, and the RNCP (Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner) designation through the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants. Rita is also a graduate and instructor from the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and practices as a Registered Acupuncturist under The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).
Rita’s years of experience in health and fitness, coupled with her educational background and ongoing activities, have inspired her to bring a comprehensive, combined approach to her practice as a Holistic Practitioner. Rita provides one on one consultations, corporate workshops, group seminars and wellness workshops.
