When I first enrolled at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, it was because I needed to take a step back and focus on my own health and well-being. As a single mom working in the healthcare industry, I had poured so much of myself into caring for others that I began to feel completely worn down. Deep down, I knew I wanted to continue helping people — but I needed to find a new, more balanced way to do it.
That’s when I discovered CSNN, and it truly changed the course of my life. Through their program, I didn’t just learn about nutrition; I learned how to nourish myself — mind, body, and spirit. The education I received gave me the tools to rebuild my own health and the confidence to help others do the same. It felt like I had found this new power — the ability to guide people through their own everyday challenges and help them feel their best.
Over time, my passion grew even deeper, and I found myself drawn to the areas of menopause and longevity — helping women navigate life’s transitions with strength, grace, and vitality. Today, I’m proud to say that I own my own Simply For Life franchise in Riverview, where I bring everything I learned at CSNN into my work every single day.
The knowledge, compassion, and inspiration I gained from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition continue to shape who I am — both personally and professionally. I am always so proud to say that I am a graduate of this wonderful school that helped me transform not only my career, but my life.
