Tricia Sedgwick graduated from CSNN in 2004 as Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ professional. With a background in Environmental Studies, she spearheaded The World In A Garden, a multicultural urban farm project that educates youth and community on the cultural, nutritional and environmental benefits of growing and eating food. Her global vision is to build 10 gardens in developing regions with a focus on the traditional and cultural history of food and nutrition. She was honoured to build a garden in Costa Rica in October 2014 with Sanga Retreats.
Additionally, Tricia works with individuals and families to create customized nutrition programs. She has discovered that only a healthy mind can create a healthy body. Tricia believes that as we explore and heal our existing relationship with ourselves and our food that healthy and lasting lifestyle choices will happen.
