CanPrev Apotex Wellness Entrance Scholarship

CanPrev, together with its new parent company Apotex, is proud to introduce the ‘CanPrev Apotex Wellness Entrance Scholarship’ and the ‘CanPrev Apotex Wellness Graduate Award’ to the CSNN community.

These scholarships and awards celebrate those who demonstrate leadership and a strong commitment to wellness in their communities. Whether just beginning their studies or already making an impact as graduates, these individuals lead with purpose and inspire meaningful change in the field of community health and wellness. Apply now for the CanPrev Apotex Wellness Entrance Scholarship for the Natural Nutrition Program using the form below. This scholarship will cover tuition, books, and registration fee for the Natural Nutrition Program starting Fall 2025. Please fill the form out carefully. Incomplete forms will not be considered.

Application Deadline: August 1, 2025.

The potential recipient of the scholarship will be contacted on August 12 and will have until August 14 to confirm.

  • I understand that this scholarship would cover the initial tuition, book costs, and registration fees. I understand that additional fees (for example: board exam fee, alumni fee) would not be covered by the scholarship.
  • I acknowledge that if I do not meet entrance requirements for CSNN, I would not be eligible for this scholarship.
  • I understand that if I withdraw from the program or pause my studies for more than a year, I would have to forfeit the scholarship.
  • I acknowledge that the scholarship money goes directly to the branch for the winner's education.
  • I agree to notify CSNN immediately if my educational status changes.
  • I understand that I would have to follow all CSNN policies and procedures.
  • If I receive the scholarship, I agree to be interviewed and featured by CanPrev Apotex. I may also be featured by CSNN for advertising purposes.
