Introduction Certificate

Kick start your holistic nutritional journey by learning the fundamental ideas behind healthy holistic nutrition. Students will learn some basic holistic nutrition principles and gain insight into the study of holistic nutrition and how it is connected to health. Available via Zoom. Healthy Eating & Lifestyle Certificate

A series of fun workshops that gives you a sneak peek into the world of holistic nutrition and provides you with some holistic nutrition tips for you and your family. Receive basic foundational knowledge about healthy fats, good digestion, gut health, and much more. Workshops available via Zoom and Online. Open to Everyone: Cook your way to better health! These culinary workshops are designed to sharpen your kitchen skills and confidence while introducing you to an array of whole foods and preparation techniques to enhance the restorative qualities of food.

  • CSNN Distance Education offers the holistic culinary workshops in self-paced format delivered in pre-recorded video lectures. Instructors are available to communicate with as you progress through these workshops.
