Tracey Reed

Biography

The seed for nutrition was planted at a young age in Tracey, after watching her uncle use a nutritional and lifestyle approach to get rid of a brain tumor.  Tracey’s professional career began as a teacher.  She started with teaching special needs children, then transitioned to teaching English as a second language.  After being a stay-at-home mom for 15 years, Tracey completed the Natural Nutrition Program with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

As one of the instructors at CSNN, Tracey is able to combine her passion and experience as a teacher with that of nutrition.  Additionally, she has a clinical practice where she specializes in gut health as it relates to digestive issues, autoimmune conditions, and neurological conditions.  Tracey also has a unique interest in supporting brain plasticity through nutrition, and she is one of the few nutrition professionals working in the area of spinal cord injury recovery.

Tracey received the Clinical Excellence Award 2018.
