The Holistic Culinary certificate is a well-rounded practical whole foods cooking course. It is awarded to students who complete 30 hours (split over 10 sessions) of practical, hands on learning at our fully equipped, state-of-the-art teaching kitchen. This can be taken as a standalone course, or as part of our Natural Nutrition Diploma Program.
We developed these classes for CSNN students as a compliment to the theory led basis of our other programs. The Holistic Culinary Certificate workshops ensure that students have strong experiential skills, enabling them to better serve themselves and their clients. Practical skills also greatly increase the range of opportunity available for employment outside of the academic environment. Our workshops have flexibility built into them, allowing us to tailor the lessons to suit the needs of both experienced cooks and those just starting out on their culinary learning adventure. It is our objective that, upon completing this certificate program, students will have all the necessary education and ability, to be empowered to continue with confidence on the journey to radiant health for themselves and those around them.
This program does not require approval by the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills & Training. As such, PTIB did not review this program
