Please carefully review the available schedules (in the Schedules section) and Payment Plan options, and choose the best option to fit your lifestyle. Fully complete the Registration Form and contact our location at 519-936-1610 or email us at london@csnn.ca.  You may also mail in your completed Registration Form.  Once contact has been established, an appointment will be made to meet with the Branch Manager for your registration interview. Upon successful completion of your interview, you will be officially registered as a student of CSNN! CONGRATULATIONS. You will be given a student package that provides detailed information on your upcoming class times, official Student Handbook, Book List, Practicum information and any other important information. If you require any assistance filling out your Registration Form, please contact our office using the methods listed above.

Please note:  Initial payment is due upon Registration, methods of payment accepted at CSNN London include cash and cheques only.
