This workshop addresses several supplementation topics that will give you the basis to determine whether specific supplement brands are safe and effective. These factors include manufacturing practices, labeling, governmental regulations, and how the principles of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics are applied in order to understand how specific vitamins and minerals behave in the body.  Safe dosages for specific conditions will be discussed.
