My name is Bailey, and I am a proud Métis woman who grew up on my family’s sixth-generation farm southeast of Edmonton. Life on the farm taught me resilience, respect for the land, and the importance of living in harmony with nature’s cycles. From a young age, I was immersed in holistic living, learning to honour the rhythms of the land and how food, spirit, and wellness are deeply interconnected. In my work, I draw from ancient Indigenous modalities, a whole-body perspective, and the mind-body-spirit connection to guide others toward balance and well-being.
After navigating my own health struggles with PCOS, I was inspired to deepen my education in women’s health and graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2017. Since then, I have continued training in women’s hormonal health, pregnancy, and childbirth, becoming a doula, Reiki Master, and practitioner of Live Blood Analysis. Alongside my mother, I co-own a Live Blood Analysis and Oxidative Stress business in my hometown. Today, I am passionate about teaching students the vital role hormones play in health, empowering them to become their own advocates, and reminding them that true wellness begins with the choices we make—starting with what’s on the end of our fork.
