Kim is a Licensed Practical Nurse as well as a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner. After working bedside nursing for over 5 years, she was continually drawn to the connection food and our environment has on our bodies. Kim came to realize that although she enjoyed helping people recover from illness or injury, she was truly passionate about helping patients prevent these illnesses in the first place, which led her to pursue holistic nutrition.
She enjoys working with families to foster a healthy relationship with food while also empowering parents in areas such as first foods, how to read food labels and easy swaps for classic favorites.
In addition to working as a nurse and holistic nutrition practitioner, Kim is a mother to two boys, enjoys growing and preserving her own food and creating tallow body care products with her sister.
Stepping into an education role at CSNN felt very aligned for Kim and she is incredibly excited to be stepping into this role.
