She is passionate about physical and mental health with a background that bridges corporate leadership and holistic wellbeing, helping individuals to build resilience, confidence, and self-esteem through nutrition, movement, and mindfulness. Believing that everyone can benefit from caring for themselves from the inside out, she works with students, athletes, professionals, and families to create practical strategies for lasting well-being.
