Alexandria Magee is a dedicated Registered Holistic Nutritionist (CSNN Class of 2021) and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). With a unique integrative approach, Alexandria bridges the vital connection between mental health and nutrition, empowering children, adolescents, and adults to transform their relationship with food into one of healing, respect, and self-compassion.

Driven by the belief that food is not just sustenance but an expression of identity and self-care, Alexandria supports her clients in cultivating safer, more nurturing relationships with themselves and their nourishment. Her work honors the complexity of the mind-body connection, providing holistic support that goes beyond symptom management to true wellness.

Drawn to the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) for its exceptional curriculum and dedication to the science and soul of nutrition, Alexandria credits her CSNN training with shaping her compassionate, evidence-informed approach.
